Shipping Information...
When you place an order with Christian World Products, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates. We use the post office, UPS as our main shipping companies. Once you've placed your order, we will send you an order confirmation email letting you know that your order has been received and is being processed.
As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you another email confirmation notifying you that your order is on its way, and provide you with the shipping company and a tracking number.
Return Policy...
If not completely satisfied, contact us by email. The return window begins once your order is received. At that point, there will be a 7 day refund policy.
If anything is damaged or broken upon arrival, email us to be issued a return authorization. Shipping costs are only refunded in the case of damaged merchandise. For all other returns, store credit is issued for the original per unit cost of the item.less shipping and handling charges
Incorrect shipping information supplied by the purchaser will result in a refund less shipping and handling charges and a 20% restock fee.
Custom Orders. All custom orders will be proofed by you and once you approve the custom work we will not refund as we will be unable to sell your custom work to someone else.
